1. Agreement
By applying to and participating in the That Daily Income Affiliate Programme ("Programme"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not apply or participate.
These Terms apply to all affiliate applicants and approved affiliates of the Programme operated by Kahiso Mofokeng ("we", "us", "our") at affiliates.thatdailyincome.com.
2. The Affiliate Programme
The Programme allows approved affiliates to promote the That Daily Income offer at thatdailyincome.com in exchange for a commission on confirmed sales generated through their unique tracking link.
Affiliates are independent promoters — not employees, agents, or partners of That Daily Income. You are responsible for your own marketing activities and any costs associated with them.
3. Commission Structure
Approved affiliates earn a 25% commission on every confirmed sale generated through their unique tracking link. Commissions are calculated as follows:
- $100 product sale — affiliate earns $25
- $300 product sale — affiliate earns $75
- $600 product sale — affiliate earns $150
- $900 product sale — affiliate earns $225
Commissions are paid on confirmed sales only. Sales that are reversed, charged back, or refunded will result in the corresponding commission being voided or reclaimed.
Commissions are tracked and processed automatically through systeme.io. Payment timing and method is subject to the payment terms of the systeme.io platform.
4. Affiliate Conduct
As an affiliate you agree to promote the Programme honestly, ethically, and in accordance with all applicable laws and platform guidelines. Specifically you agree to:
- Never make specific income guarantees or misleading earnings claims
- Never use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive marketing practices
- Never impersonate That Daily Income or represent yourself as the programme owner
- Never use paid advertising without prior written approval
- Never use the That Daily Income name or branding in a way that is misleading or damaging
- Always include appropriate income disclaimers in your content where required
- Always disclose your affiliate relationship in your content in accordance with FTC guidelines and any applicable local regulations
Violation of any of these conduct requirements may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
5. Earnings Disclaimer
There is no guarantee that you will earn any specific amount as an affiliate. Your earnings will depend entirely on your own effort, consistency, content quality, and audience engagement.
Any income figures or examples shared on this site or in our communications are illustrative only and represent exceptional results that are not typical. Past results of other affiliates do not guarantee your future results.
6. Approval and Termination
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, inactivity, or conduct that reflects negatively on the Programme.
Upon termination, your tracking link will be deactivated and you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions. Any commissions already confirmed and due at the time of termination will be paid according to the normal payment schedule.
7. Intellectual Property
You may not use the That Daily Income name, logo, or branding in any way that suggests official endorsement or ownership. You may refer to the programme by name in your promotional content provided you do so accurately and honestly.
All materials provided to affiliates for promotional purposes remain the property of That Daily Income and may not be modified or redistributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, That Daily Income shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Programme.
We are not responsible for any costs you incur in connection with your promotional activities, including but not limited to advertising costs, software, or equipment.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued participation in the Programme following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
